Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Grace & Glow Recovery LLC
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring our nurses’ time and availability are respected. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all services provided by Grace & Glow Recovery LLC.

Booking & Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payment confirms your agreement to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text to our administrative contact.
More than 1 week before the scheduled visit:
A full refund will be issued, minus a 5% processing fee.
Between 2-7 days before the visit:
A 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 48 hours before the visit:
The full amount is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations
No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy
More than 7 days in advance before the scheduled visit:
You may reschedule once at no additional charge, based on nurse availability.
Between 3-7 days before the scheduled visit:
Rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Less than 3 days before the scheduled visit or same-day reschedule requests: The full amount is non-refundable. 

Exceptions
If cancellation is due to a documented medical emergency such as illness, death in the family, or other significant hardship, the situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Clients must contact Grace & Glow Recovery LLC directly to discuss potential accommodations or partial refunds. Documentation may be required.

Partial Services
If a client chooses to shorten or cancel a portion of a scheduled shift after services have begun, no refund or credit will be provided for the unused portion.

Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., nurse illness or emergency), we will provide a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Refund Method
All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
