Welcome to Grace & Glow Recovery LLC. By accessing or using our services or website (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided
Grace & Glow Recovery LLC is a private-pay, post-operative nursing concierge service operated by licensed registered nurses. We provide non-emergency post-surgical support and wellness care, including but not limited to medication assistance, monitoring of vital signs, wound care, drain care, and overall recovery support.
We do not act under physician supervision unless explicitly stated.
Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
Grace & Glow Recovery LLC does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment plans. Our services are intended to support post-operative recovery in accordance with client preferences and general recovery best practices.
We do not act under direct physician orders unless a written agreement is made in advance.
Payment & Cancellations
All services are private pay. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend booking two weeks in advance to secure your spot.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate health and surgical history before services begin
Inform the nurse of any changes in condition or medication
Maintain a safe and appropriate environment for in-home visits
Not request or expect the nurse to perform services beyond the agreed-upon scope
Failure to comply may result in service termination.

Limitation of Liability
Grace & Glow Recovery LLC provides non-medical and limited nursing concierge services in accordance with the scope permitted under Pennsylvania law and does not operate as a licensed home health agency. All services are delivered by qualified professionals under the direction of supervising Registered Nurses and are intended to support the recovery process after elective surgical procedures.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of clients, Grace & Glow Recovery LLC, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Complications arising from the client’s surgery or prescribed treatments;
Medical emergencies or deterioration of health not within the scope of our services;
Delays in medical attention due to client miscommunication or failure to seek emergency care;
Reactions to medications not administered or managed by Grace & Glow Recovery LLC staff;
Acts or omissions resulting from information withheld or misrepresented by the client or third parties.
Clients are encouraged to consult with their surgical provider and primary care physician regarding all medical concerns. Our services do not replace medical advice, emergency care, or physician-prescribed medical treatments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Grace & Glow Recovery LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services
Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, graphics, photos, and written materials—is the property of Grace & Glow Recovery LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Modifications
Grace & Glow Recovery LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
